Cannot select guild boons

I am unable to select guild boons. I joined a guild that has boons, but the game tells me "you need to belong to a guild to access these boons" and the "Commit Changes" button remains grayed out:

    Logging out and back in doesn't fix it.
    Restarting the game doesn't fix it.
    Leaving and rejoining the game doesn't fix it.

    Anyone have a solution? Missing out on guild boons sucks...

    @Allithea The way to select/change guild boons is by clicking on the boons you want and the word "active" is in the box. For example you want the Power boon instead of the current Armor in the Offense box, just click the Power boon and the word "active" will show, this mean you've change to the power boon.

    In short, based on your picture, you got ArmPen Boon, Defense Boon and XP boon when you made the picture.
    One easy way to check it is: go to "character" and write down what your Power and ArmPen are.
    Go to the Guild boon and click on Power. Go back to "Character" and you should see your Power is increased and ArmPen is decreased.

    Thanks, folks. I finally figured this out last night, after leaving the guild and rejoining to see if that "fixed" the problem. My total item score had dropped by 1k; when I put the boons back up it went back up. This is a REALLY confusing piece of user interface - nothing else in the UI works this way.

    None of the other boons can be altered without a respec.
