Companion: Honey Badger's Ferocious Swipe has no bleed over time effect as written + Edit

Excited I got this companion but it doesn't bleed targets.

Edit: Just noticed that Indomitable Runestones are not adding damage after the Rip and Tear attack also.

    Since posting this report, I have noticed there is sometimes a bleed over time effect but it's very inconsistent as to whether it procs or not.

    Same thing with the Grung companion. The player bonus power doesn't work as advertised, which is the reason I'd never spend zen on companions.

    I don't have a Grung but thanks for posting as I have a desire to obtain all of them.
