login problem

in Bug Reports (PC)
am not able to enter the game, sometimes launcher update problem, sometimes it is saying connection timed out and sometimes characters not loading. everything checked, verified, restarted and etc. computer working properly, same as for the internet connection. still cannot enter the game. hopefully it gets fixed. please check the game. thank you for your attention.

    p.s. maximum i was able to log in was character list - but even tho characters wont load. question of the day - what is wrong with the game.

    All I can tell you is: I have no problem to connect to the game. No problem to play the game. If it is a board common problem, you would have seen flooded messages here.
