Barbarian mighty vitality not working

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Hi I'm just wondering if anyone else had this or if you know about it/going to fix. on the barbarian tank side theres a class feature called mighty vitality its ment to take away 5% power and give me 10% more hit points I use this because we don't have a dig in and now this is not working it's a disadvantage.

    It was reported on PC a few weeks ago. Got a short reply saying they are looking into it, but nothing further.
