Black screen on LoMM map transitions + long transition entering Dread Legion

I saw this first when a Wizard in my party had recorded our LoMM run and uploaded the video to YouTube. I had never personally experienced the issue until recently when I started playing Wizard in LoMM. Basically, the main screen goes black but the mini map is still functioning, when entering a portal to progress the dungeon. It's possible to move the character despite having no third-person perspective on the main screen.
Alternatively, as experienced in Dread Legion skirmish when entering into the arena, a long transition time showing a sequence of out of bounds imagery in a type of freecam mode as the PoV (Point of View) is flown towards the spawn point inside the arena. I haven't paid attention to it enough to determine if the route is exactly the same each time but my guess is that it is the same each time.
I considered writing separate bug reports, however, of the 5 characters I created, Warlock, Wizard, Paladin, Rogue, Barbarian, I only experience these map transition phenomena with Wizard.
