Like stated in the topic, otherwise all things die too fast, heroic encounter mobs in other zones included.

    on some of my chars that area is too easy too, so by your way of thinking they should increase the difficulty even more...

    but...

    you need to think about new players that don't have the gear, enchants or companions and can't play that area at all, if you make it like that for the entire game we won't have new players because they will just get tired of dying and leave the game...
