loading screen crashes way to much

i am having issues with the game for how i can not enter stuff for how it makes me crash cause when i see friends on my list try to enter stuff as well they crash same way players do in my party so when are they going to fix this issue cause i really had enough of it by now for how i just find the loading screen to be very annoying since i know they have fixed this many times where it hasn't went away but here a sc

    I'm having connection issues right now too, 1st time I got to the character screen then had a pop-up message to do with last location for the character then got disconnected, 2nd attempt logged in invoked 3 out of my 5 toons before i got disconnected again

    when i try to enter stuff from ai sharadar dragon or maze engine that my screen wont load or move where i end up crashing for no reason for how i have had this happen to me 3 times a day and dont understand why this cant be a simple fix from the dev

    Yeah have the same issue with crashing, accidentally even posted in PS4 sub-forum (sorry) about it. Everything was working fine till recently. First i got Server Not Responding, then it throw me out to character selection screen and now i can't even log on.

    I am running on Linux OS, it isn't crashing, but this morning I seem to have a lot of "keyboard latency". This is where I am low on health and I am hammering on the potion button to drink it, but it has a long time delay. In regular off line games the commands are instant, but with online the keypress is sent to the server and then the server tells the client that it is ok to open the bottle and drink. However there is something very wrong lately with the communications between client and server. Chat is messed up, slow to respond, key commands as well. Time to take a break.

    i was leveling a cleric with my alt account and when i would enter stuff my alt account would crash 5 times than my cleric would crash 5 times as well where this thing never ends through out the game

    hi
    it happen to me many time , can you please add cancel button, so we didn't need to wait to the time out
    can you give more detail why it happen ? network issue / load on the servers
    also the time out so long so you need to kill the app and start over

    its not my internet its just the server causing the problem cause when i have entered demons in protecter enclave mount hotenow that i have crashed to different things in the game where i end up doing this 3 to 5 times a day

    If it crashes, it is not a server problem or network problem. It is the client program's problem. For whatever reason, it does not run correctly in your machine. A program should not crash regardless whatever happen in the server side.

    it nor crashes it stuck in LOADING...
    i wait 5-10 min and then i give up and kill the application

    after you done with success load all work fine

    I did not say it is you. I said if the client program crashes (you said it crashed), it is a client program problem. The client program is written by Cryptic. If the loading screen "not working", it is a client program problem.
