For Restoring the Devils Hold glyphworks, I can't get the pick once I get to the area; I've dropped the quest and obtained it again, but the same problem occurs.

    The pick is located is one of three places at the ruins, 1st is to the right corner, second is to the small walls adjacent to that one and third is behind the ruins. Look for lanterns, that's where the picks are located. Locations almost look like dungeoneering kits lol.

    One you get the pick you can proceed to the tunnel just slightly down from the ruins and restore the glyphworks.
