Where can I spend the seal of the brave?

I think someone asked this question before. Is the answer still no where?

    They should still be tradable in the PE from the seal trader in the corner of the 7 suns coster market.

    Both Seal Traders do not take Seal of the Brave.

    I honestly wish they would make some type of "Any Seal" vendor. This way you could go to them and clear out all your old moldy seals. This was the seal for Tomb of the Nine Gods. What I mean exactly by an "Any Seal" vendor, no minimum, they accept any and all seals, and compensate you something equally worthless. Then I won't have a seal list a mile long.

    I tried to bribe the seal vendors but someone told me it is an exploit. :(

    They could just move the older seal exchange to the seal of adventurer' vendor.

    That vendor used to be able to exchange even older seals.
