Wizard At will possible bug

so i have a problem with my ray of frost at will a lot of times it wont go off while im pressing my mouse button, i too noticed in tomm while im using it it if i move my crosshair a little its stops using it and if i move it again to a certain point in the boss it begins again, this is really annoying in tomm cause most of the times i can t really see if im using it or not can someone pls check this out? ty :*

    but thats not very good to use in tomm even more i want to be able to move freelly and i can t with that setup.
