@ Devs So what's the % success rate of CR / LoMM since being re added to REDQ

Devs have stated in the past they aim for a specific % success rate for Random Dungeons, since the re introduction of LoMM and CR what is that % now sitting at as from a peronal point of view it will have dropped significantly, every CR I have been dropped into has not gotten past Sisters, most don't leave the camp fire before someone bails and the rest follow suit. LoMM gets to Arcturia then fails miserably until one abandons or the group choose to abandon.

It is down to the Devs to come up with a better way to assign Dungeons, simple ILvl is not enough, when your scalling system is as messed up as it is, it needs to scale stats linearly.

Thoughts and proposals

Would have been a better CDP than ViP

There was a post about finishing rates of dungeons once and judging from those vs. how I perceived it, they are probably "fine".

Maybe I should have been more specific REDQ as a PUG NOT as a prebuilt group queuing together

Yeah I got that. Thats also what I meant. There usually is quite difference in dev "data" vs how we experience RQs... Also, how would you seperate that data: 2 partying up to pug the rest, full pug, complete premade, reinforcemen4s, instances refilled (arcturia, looking at u) ... Hard to say.

Back when I would run endless dungeons I would say in my personal experience the % has been around 50% vs 50% now maybe that is because I was lucky. Unsure. This was way before they was added to random. Then again CR was added to the random que before mod 18 dropped so really it is nothing new. I never really ran randoms instead I directly qued for LOMM because well I have to much AD then I can refine and I needed to do something to waste time and the rest was to easy of a dungeon. Still the success rate that a LOMM would successfully finish was 50%. However the rate at which the dungeon qued up however is a totally different story. As for adding those to a random well I would say it be sorta like it was when CR was moved to random. Get CR and people either wait and leave or kick or wait then kick and then leave.
Others might give it a try and a few may win while the rest failed.
Face it guys they added random que and they have no reason to go backward and remove it. It is here to stay. Face the fact that lomm and cr are in that random que and face it they have no reason to remove it. It is not going to happen. You either take it and deal with it or well fade away. I still feel dungeons need mini stat requirements to make things easier but I do not see it happening and I do see them not caring enough to try and make it work.

Scaling in neverwinter should have never been done to start with. It to me was a cheap easy fix to the level increase we got. In reality dungeons should have been ranked up to max level then tuned a bit to work best. I guess to much work.

You want rAD rewards and don't want to deal with LoMM? I don't know if this will work or not? But it might be worth a try. You get together your 4 friends like you would a ready made group. Timing is going to be the big factor on this (I think) as you have your tank and three dps in one party and the healer has his phone or discord listening. The group less healer enters the RQ, while a second later your healer selects the dungeon you really want. I pretty sure the game is going to pair you up and you run the dungeon of choice. Also I am not sure this would qualify as an exploit of RQ, but I would at least give that a try until they fix the hot mess. The healer would not get rAD rewards but you just pair the healer and three dps and have the tank pick on the next run. I really want to know if that works? As you might be able to tell, I don't do dungeons for rAD.

    Have fun! <3

i DUNNO about that wouldnt / shouldnt players that have been waiting longer in queue get priory in all fairness ... it has nothing to do with the other 4 people queuing as soon as their healer of choice is in solo Q hopeing to join the rest to game the system ;D .. but with populations how they are its worth a shot

not exactly sure what the success % is for it but isn't LoMM the whole reason for some of the recent class nerfs? overperforming in there?

CR and LoMM are not issues. Tell to the players to cap the stats instead to increase the IL. Then, after this, everything'll be fine with a bit of knowledge of the mechanics.

Indeed, both dungeons are pretty much doable.
People should work on their stats instead of a fictive status like Ilevel...
I can't wait to see the complain's from same people when the new dungeon is opening up for them..

Devs, why can't I survive the new dungeon since i'm able to enter (Ilevel wise).. I demand the devs to make it easier (So, i can get the goodies on a silver platter) ??

Like I said in many other post. People ask questions to the community and guide mates alike about what they should do in game once they hit the max level. Responses are almost always the same. raise your item level do this and that to get a higher item level. What is not said about what they should do is focus on what stats they need to improve on at the same time of raising their item level. Now me if anyone ever asked me this question I would say focus on your over all stats for your toon while trying to raise the item level for the dungeon.
Item level means nothing and really even before mod 16 hit it still really did not mean much of nothing. Stats however are important and any player of this game should always look at their stats and improve them and not care about that toxic stupid item level thing that this game seems to hold so dear.
Dev team really does need to move away from the cheap and easy fix of item level and set a dungeon to required stats.
This way it helps everyone. Parties of any dungeon will have a higher success rate while new players can see first hand what stats they need to improve on to enter that dungeon.
Either way I see this not happening but I still believe if it did things in the game would become a bit better.

I queued for ED. Ended up in LoMM, apparently as a replacement tank. 2 party members where hanging around the main entrance. The other 2 were in Avernus. If you're THAT interested in running, I'll just take the leaver penalty and not waste any more of my time.

Exactly. There is enough to be done in the game to burn up 30 minutes easily. I then rejoin the q and if I get something I don't want to do I generally just abandon, log off and close down my laptop.

Its not the most constructive thing to do, but I really don't want to run toxic content when I am supposed to be relaxing and having fun

Today was worst. Forming a party for REDQ took like 20 min. We got CR. The tank, sorry guys don't have the time for this one. Okay leaving. Looking for another tank. Found one. What we get? The next CR. One dps never been there before, i don't remember the mechanics anymore. Haven't done this Dungeon since it came along. Okay, i left and queued solo for REDQ. Took over 30 min to get the queue. Found myself in TONG. Nice team, but nobody wanted to do the puzzles. So, we started carrying the stones. Ofc, the last one was bugged. We couldn't go through the door. Okay, abandon, cya. Qued solo for the next REDQ. Took again 30 min. Got FBI. Nice, at Hati kicked from he cliff, because her AOE still bugged. I wasn't even close to the red area but who cares. Okay finished the daily REDQ task for today after 3 hours. Guess, i will only login and refine my 6mil backlog RAD for the next days. This is nowhere a fun gameplay.

Similar experience for myself with REDQ yesterday. I generally que solo, run sh dailes, DR etc during the wait. First two times REDQ pops for me it's the same CR instance for both. The only people there in both instances are me and a 47k power 280k hp paladin tank, for both instance same tank holding the que. No choice but to abandon. Next one is LoMM, we run through to Arcturia with no issues, but the tank cant grab aggro, a dps cant finish their mimics and the tank used no shield. We wipe after two cocoons and healer fails to heal on either. People start leaving, then so do I. Last run for the day was again CR with the tank leaving immediately upon entering the instance. At this point I say no more, and shut down the game for the night. So 4 fails, waiting about an hour total to get into those groups and no completion at the end. I would say thats a pretty good argument for me personally to question playing this game at this time, and a wonderful reason to remove CR and LoMM from the REDQ, or at least change the entrance requirements.

I hate that. They should rework it so that taking the alternate option takes a lot longer than attempting the puzzle.
