still cant get into game,its been 2 days,just looking for a fix or answer

    Game crashes between the "Neverwinter" loading screen, and the character screen. I keep getting incident ID 108f7e

    I resolved it by installing manually newest drivers from intel site for my hd4000. You can try this if you have any intel card.

    I have all my drivers up to date. Game still crashes between the "Neverwinter" loading screen, and the character screen

    I am not associated with Cryptic Studios, I am an independent programmer looking into some networking issues on the game. Can you look at your computer and give me the following stats?

    Windows version - Vista, 7, 8, 10?
    Any Network Stats - DO NOT include any of the following for your security; Physical Adress (MAC), DNS, and Network Name.
    Open your browser and surf to: https://www.speedtest.net and click the GO button.
    At the end of your test you will have 3 numbers to send, Ping, Download, and Upload.
    I need only the numbers, for example; Ping 28, Download 112.03, and Upload 11.30 nothing else.
    This test always uses a nearby server, click "change server" and in the search type, San Jose, CA
    Select any of those to run the test again.
    Send the numbers as above. San Jose, is very close to where the game server is physically located.

    Follow this, only if you understand;
    Find your game files on your PC they are normally stored in C:\Program Files\Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter\Live
    Drop to a command prompt here. (Windows Meta Key + X or type cmd in the run box)
    Change to the directory where the game files are held. (example cd \Program Files\Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter\Live)
    Once the prompt reflects the correct directory enter this line;
    x64/GameClient.exe -SetAccountServer 208.95.184.162 -server 208.95.186.111 -server 208.95.184.111 -server 208.95.186.89 -server 208.95.184.95
    That will bypass any Launcher issues you might have with Steam or Arc. Let me know how far you can get. Most likely, if your game is not patched, you will get a mismatch error.
