Artifacts Claimable from Character Classes missing in Claims Agent

I know that the artifacts that characters gain from completing the Guardian task are not sought after, but as I was checking out the flashing icon for the Rewards Claims agent, I happened to check my Level 60 tab, and was surprised to find my Cleric option missing (red, cannot claim, as opposed to actually not there...) from my Barbarian. As a mater of fact, I still have that artifact equipped on my Cleric! I checked all my toons, breakdown is:
Reward Claims - Level 60
Barbarian missing Cleric
Paladin missing Cleric, Wizard and Rogue
Warlock missing Cleric, Wizard and Rogue
Rogue missing Cleric, Wizard and Fighter
Wizard missing Cleric and Wizard
Fighter missing Cleric, Wizard and Fighter
Cleric missing Cleric and Wizard

I do not have a Ranger, so that is (as I would expect) unclaimable on each toon. Each toon has completed the quest, and they will each either have it in the bank or equipped.

Might is not always right - the powerful sometimes forget that.

    If your Cleric has Cleric Artficat equipped, it is not a missing. You can have only one. You are not allowed to claim when you are having one in your possession.
    Cleric artifact was a must have for all class in the old days. Everyone upgraded that to the max. You would not just trash one.

    Based on the forum info, you joined 2013.
    Hence, I assume you must be here in the era when Cleric Artifact was BIS for all class.
    I assume you did play GWF back then.
    I assume you would upgrade that Artifact to the max.
    I assume you would not just trash it.
    Yes, I made a lot of assumption here.

    Are you sure the other characters such as Barbarian did not claim it and stashed that somewhere?

    D'oh, (smacks head against palm), you would be correct - as you take the specific artifact, it goes red to stop you selecting it again. It has been that long ago! I would suggest they change the tool-tip to state "you cannot obtain this artifact while you have one in your inventory".

    Odd, I thought that when you completed the quest the relevant artifact for that toon was given to that toon (so Barbarian received Barbie artifact on completion). That would have tweaked it for me as well... :)
