Is Terror Terror Title Bugged or a Certain Number of Kills Necessary?

I killed the Night Terror that wanders around Barovia, and it announced that I'd earned the title Terror Terror. I went to look for it on my history tab and didn't see it. I know that the Night Terror gives a different title for CR. This is specifically about the one earned from the roaming one. Do I have to do it a few times before I earn the title, and this was just one step toward it? I don't know if I just failed to understand the requirements (very likely), or this is bugged? Anyone know for sure?

    It is an achievement and not the title. The title is "Night Terror" and you must kill him in the epic dungeon. If you open your journal you will see a trophy (that no one else can see) stating you got Terror Terror.

    Also to get that you need to be the one that delivers the kill shot (last blow no matter the strength or effort) pretty sad?
