New player with questions.

I started playing last week made it to 30 on 2 chars so far. My first question is this, is there a way to click on a target and cycle back to them? Like a target first target bind or shortcut?The bullseye center thing is okay but when im cycling through a pack of mobs and want to hit one with a kill spell if he moves it misses him and hits the mob already almost dead. Thereby wasting my good shot at a kill on a almost full health mob.

About looting the money piles. In this game i noticed most of the time you run over loot to loot it, not actually click on it like a lot of games. But when it comes to the little piles of money the mobs drop my characters are not actually looting it. I run over it the ui makes the cha ching sound and it says on my screen 45 silver, but i never get that money. Where is it? am i bugged, all that silver i have been looting you would think i would have a bit of gold by now. But i dont i still have the same amount of gold as before i killed all those mobs, 2 gold at level 33. And the only money i make in this game is from the treasure i sell. So what gives with the piles of coins we pick up?

Is there a website for this game like wowhead for wow? Something that people have put a lot of information into about classes encounters questing , how to acquire items and currency in game?

Are addons allowed? Like nameplate addons so you can better see the mobs? Or ui addons that let you customize the ui and chat. One thing that kinda bothers me is how mobs tend to blend into the scenery so you cant see them till you are on them. I guess that goes back to targetting being kinda bad in this game, i have not seen a cycle or tab targetting feature yet.

And one last thing, the dungeon daily is account locked? So even though i use AD to buy stuff that will always be character bound, only one character can get the daily bonus? I would rather like AD to be account bound, seems to me that would work out better.
