Why are my stats so low?

When my fighter and barbie are similarly equipped, why are the stats on my barbie so much lower?

When I compare my barbie to Andiemus' barbie in this guide, my stats are much lower even with mostly the same gear and enchantments:

https://guides.jannenw.info/2019/11/25/barbarian-dps-guide-for-mod-17/

Similarities:

Yesterday I decided a level up a Mod 4 barbie to 80. I transferred everything not character bound from my fighter to the barbie. Bondings, comp gear, mount insignias, enchantments (all legendary) got moved over and the rest got purchased. So the Orcus set, artifacts, rings, chest piece, and shirt are all a copy and paste of the fighter. The barbie even has the same crystalline warhorse.

Gear differences:

The barbie has rank 40 bulette while fighter had a rank 40 quasit. However both comp bolster categories are at 14%. The fighter has multiple categories at around 10% while the barbie, being new, has a few ranging from 0-6%.

The barbie has different insignia bonuses, but the same insignias. The barbie is missing assassin's covenant, but that only makes a 1,000 stat difference.

Fighter had 67 boons, while barb has 54. However, all points of power, HP, and comp influence are selected.

Jawripper's gloves on the barbie instead of +3% encounter damage sentinel piece on fighter. ~1200 power difference.

Boots of the Willed on barbie vs Heels of Fury. I have spent 2 million AD on posters, but can't get another one. ~400 power difference.

Mountaineer Greataxe on barbie instead of Alabaster on fighter. Stats are the same.

Undermountain Sword Knot (level 70 piece) vs Alabster shield. I don't have the +2500 power selected.

Stats difference:

~183k power with the fighter
~173k power with barbie

~306k HP with fighter
~268k HP with barbie
I know CON is a fighter's primary, but I rolled +2 STR and DEX and have put no points into CON.

~86k crit fighter(I could be completely off on this)
~80k crit barbie

~30% run speed on fighter (1 gladiator's guile) and can get up to 50% with momentum
~15% run speed on barb

~120k combat advantage on fighter, maybe higher (no bulette)
~119k combat advantage on barbie with bulette

All other stats seem to be this way. Defense might be slightly higher on the barbie.

Yes. Both have Deepcrow, 2 Iouns, Minstrel, and Owlbear.

at the same levels? I'm guessing if you got a calculator out and added everything up it would probably tally. also how about power kits for armor?
  • runonnikerunonnike Member Posts: 337 Arc User
Everything is legendary. I am missing 3 power kits because I am replacing the spy's guild helm with protege, arms with the sentinel, and boots with fury. The problem isn't only power. 30k HP is a lot of HP to be missing because of 2 or 3 less points to CON.

Have you heard of bulette not transferring stats correctly? That is the only thing I can think of.

Could it be the differences of the companions you're using? Besides different classes have more stats in other places, especially by ability stat rolls. Most likely it's the companions you're using and the mounts with insignias.

Quasit is power/defense/accuracy and bulette is power/defense/combat advantage. As far as mounts, I'm using dominant force (10k power) for both of my characters. As far as insignias they have the exact same 15 insignias. The bonuses are slightly different, but Assassin's Covenant is the only one that adds stats, which is only 1000 of offensive stats.

Well, its pretty simple. The barb is wearing lower item lv stuff, so for example if your fighter is wearing the 1,000 gloves vs the 672 all stats on fighter get an extra 328 rating aside from power. As for why the difference is power, 4100 from what you mentioned plus sword knot seems to be a good enough reason why the difference. Move speed, pally and vanguard have higher move speed, simple. Along with the insignia 1,000 stat difference. I don't really see any problem.

Awesome! I guess that would make sense. How about HP? There is almost a 40k difference. And when you compare my stats to the build I found, I'm 10k short in combat advantage.

Would you be able to meet me in game? Easier to check things out. @sagakaiyume#0847

Use a companion both characters have to compare instead of using bulette and quasit.

The following is just in case. I assume you did that already.
Make sure both are measured in the same zone. Prefer an isolated zone that no other player character can somehow buff you.
Make sure both are away from camp fire for a while.
I assume both has the same SH boon.

Yeah that would be awesome! I won't be online for a few hours though.

Yes. Both in yawning portal (unscaled). I was always under the impression that all augments had the same base stats. I guess I was incorrect about that. I have the same SH boon, unless I misclicked the HP boon for something else.

It may not be a factor, but since the barbie is newly levelled to 80, would boons/campaigns be part of the difference?
