Heroic Encounters in SH’s are sometimes bugged now

I am experiencing this in all the T1 HEs in the SHs now. Doesn't happen all the time but enough that its getting annoying really quick.
T1 HEs will start and the enemies will just stopping spawning or become un-attackable. I have rebooted, left the map and came back, changed characters and everything and it stays bugged. Started happening today.
The following vid shows both of the above happening.
The HE will expire and cause a failed attempt.

There a few HE’s in the SH that if you lead an enemy outside of the HE circle/range it will freeze the HE and make everything stuck in time. Sometimes they will unfreeze but mostly that HE will end up bugged till the timer runs out.
Happens mostly in the T1 Beasts and Devils
