About the Recruitment Event (01 OCT 2019 - 31 OCT 2019)

If I may, I have a few questions regarding the Neverember's Recruitment Event I saw in the blog post here:

1. Is this recruitment event available for everyone or just for those who subscribe or are VIP status?

2. When and how during the leveling process will new toons receive the items mentioned in this list:
While leveling, eligible characters will earn the following additional rewards from their Adventurer’s Reward boxes:

Adventurer's XP Booster
Embroidered Bag of Holding
Stone of Health
Trained Grizzly rare mount
3 Insignia Choice Packs
Barbarian Shaman rare companion
3 Rank 7 Bonding Runestones
100,000 50% Bonus Rough Astral Diamonds booster
Runic Bag of Holding
Maze Engine Signet of Patronage


3. How do the toons earn/find the Adventurer Reward Boxes mentioned in the line:
On top of the above rewards for leveling up, characters will also earn Neverember Incentives from Adventurer Reward boxes.


So, I just barely started a Drow Warlock, and had her at level 15. I spent a few AD's on some cute outfits for her to wear during her leveing, but not so much that I mind deleting her and recreating her. I just wanted to know if it were worth my while to re-create her, or if I should keep what I ahve and pass this event up.

    I am also curious about whether this still has the same restriction of two recruits per account.

    A follow-up question:

    Does the character have to leveled up all the way to 80 during the month, or once it's created, during the event, can I take my time leveling it?
