Critical Avoidance Stat - Oscillation of value

I have an issue with Critical Avoidance stat with my OP. Outside of combat it's 89k (cap for ToMM at 85k), but while in combat the value change between around 82k (under cap) to 90k. The companion slots are: Potency, Red Dragon Ioun Stone (summoned one), Moonshae Druid, Rimefire Golem, Energon and Arpist Bard. None of my equipment piece gives temporary bonus on Critical Avoidance.
Could you please check this issue?

    you have 10k critical avoidance bonus with full divinity pool, this value decrease while you consume your divinity. its a passive skill.

    "Divine Protection" all the way at the bottom of the powers page in the general section.

    It's kind of an unfortunate boon: easy to overlook and when you need it the most it's gone, so you have to add those 10k crit avoidance anyway.
