Match Making works based on ranks

So whenever there will be 10 players in the Queue, the MatchMaking will place the 3 places and Invincible Overlord in both teams, and then it will be filled with the rest.
Obviously there are going to be some problems, in which one team will have 2 rogues, and the other will have 2 clerics, instead of placing them evenly... also whenever a new player that starts as a Dominator and has 25.000 item level + he might end up into a Invincible Overlord team, making the match imbalanced... but i think the system with the ranks can be improved, but i also think that there are so many ranks, and players are going through those ranks way to easily.. they need to make steppin into another rank more severe...
Now because of the small number of players queing for PVP that is why Invincible Overlords are mixed with lesser ranks, cause other wise the queue will not pop...
So all it remains is to improve Quality of players which improves the Quality of matches... thats where Ridick needs to work with Player Base on how to improve quality of players.
Currently PvP feels like its a battle of the top 5 players in the leaderboard, and the rest of the players in-game that end up in their matches are their minions, it's like League of Legends...
I think if Developers check the chat log of the top 5 players in leaderboard while they are in the Domination maps, they will see how savagely they ask their 'Minions' to move to different nodes. It's not just a Action RPG, it's becoming more like a Strategical PVP match.
