Beserker's Might buff results in being stuck in combat

I received the Haunted Hides of the Hall chest piece with Beserker's Might. The buff will begin at the start of combat, but will continue after the mobs are dead. It will pull you into combat and then drop out of combat over and over.

    I have this problem as well that just started today. I didn't have this problem yesterday what so ever. Very annoying you have to leave the area to drop out of combat.
