Tanks have lost 30-40k hp after the latest patch

see title. Unexplained loss of HP. Those of us trying to tank Halaster need every HP we can get. This is across the board all tanks are affected. It may be related to HP bonus from companion powers not sure.

Yep, 40k HP is missing, with no reason for it.

Not as many gone for me on my tank, but still about 20k or so.

Guild boon and companion HP from off/def/util, do not give the 40% tank HP bonus anymore. Not sure if this was due to comps being eliminated in pvp.
