CTA Event 09/05/19 Tokens bugged again

So I have been running this with my main toon and 5 alts.
Super glad that my main isn't having issues with this. *knock on wood*
But my alts are once again in the whirlpool of bug.
So I ran my first alt through today's reboot of Garuna-----that dragon, And I saw that he got an extra token after completing the 10/10 runs
Though I am saddened that my total went from 1 to 3 and not 1 to 5 which it should be at right now as I have been farming these events from when it started this season.
But for that I will send a ticket in again.
I then logged onto my next alt and ran the 10/10 runs and it gave be the token, but sadly it only gave me 1 token and did not replace the failed token from last week. and also this guy should be at 5 as well.
Anyhow hope they replace all of these tokens I am currently losing out on. I was looking forward to getting my Weapon set last week and now was looking forward to tomorrow but as is I don't think I will see them anytime soon. It is pretty saddening as I have been grinding this out diligently but it seems no one cares really. when people said the weapons were trash because they didn't show a set bonus I still figured it would be cool to have either way, but now if I get 1 token each cta event I won't even be able to purchase it without being reimbursed my tokens. and with mod17 coming out in a month and the Lionheart set outclassing the current sets I don''t know if having the CTA weapons set is really worthy now. Should I continue to grind if I have very little chance of getting this set and by the time I do it will be outdone by another set that will be easily attainable by the elitist players who only run with their own and call everyone else trash... or should I just quit now and grind platinum bowls until I can afford to buy something decent?

1. Main toon is fine.
2. First alt toon has the primary Mighty Weapon and is grinding to get the offhand so should be at 5 tokens but was only at 1 token when this event started, Today when I did the event I received two tokens and now have 3.
3. Second alt toon also has the primary Mighty Weapon and should also have 5 but also only showed 1 token and after running the 10 only has 2 tokens when she would also be at 5 tokens.
4. The Third is the same as the Second.
5. The 4th Alt has 4 tokens and is missing one and also only received one after grinding the 10 today so no additional tokens for the grind from last week when the CTA event failed.
6. The final Alt just started during the Orc Assault CTA and is at 4 but should be at 5 tokens again did not receive the 2 tokens that should have taken place this event.
If this does not clarify what is happening then I do not know what will. I am diligently grinding this event with multiple toons and am running into more issues and no fixes. I just received an email about this saying that there is no reimbursement for these tokens in the future and that makes me even more sad. It's still broken and we suffer. So I don't know what else to say.
1- Done several run ( didn't checked how many, maybe 9) at the end of the last one, the counter reset to 1/10, so I had to start from scratch. I only have the doubt that the queue ended after the day change, but since I was already into the instance, shouldn't be counted as done ?
2- Got the "small Gar" as a chest loot ... never found it in my inventory Well, my fault. Didn't check Fashion tab
