Proper Alpha Compy Bug Report

1) Login any character who has an Alpha Compy
2) Equip the Alpha Compy's bonus of +5% power in companion Utility Slot
3) Observe character stats and verify that +5% power is active.
4) Switch zones, enter a dungeon, or change instance (anything that involves a loading screen)
5) Observe character stats again and verify that the Alpha Compy's +5% bonus is no longer active even while still equipped.
6) To get the +5% power bonus back, unequip the Alpha Compy's bonus in the Utility slot and then re-equip said bonus.
7) Observe character stats again to verify that the Alpha Compy's +5% bonus is active once more.
8) Do these steps after each and every instance of any type of loading screen.
Observed Result:
Alpha Compy's bonus +5% power does not stay active after a loading screen such as when changing instances, zones, cut scenes, etc.
Expected Result:
Alpha Compy's +5% power bonus should remain active as long as it is equipped in the Utility slot, regardless of traversing load screens.
Is this a proper Bug Report now? Does that mean we can, at a minimum, get some kind of reply about it please.
