Please fix it so we can get our tokens

    Same here. Tried with 2 characters and no token. Some of my guildies are taken it but the majority don't

    Same here. I didn't get a token from the final day of the last CTA event even though it had registered I'd done 10 runs. I have just run my first 10 runs for this CTA and still no token! It's annoying as I have 5 tokens already and just need the last one to collect the Griffin mount.

    Devs: if you want to check the logs, my PS4 character is Rufferto@pixpic and I played tonight (29th August 2019) at around 20:30 GMT (give or take).

    I also completed 10 CTA skirmishes today (on my "Fury" character) and didn't get a token. What do I need to do to get the token I should have earned today?

    Of the six characters I ran through there today, only one of them didn't get a token - the one who had 9 tokens going into the event.
    The other five characters each had 2 tokens to begin with, and all of them received another one.

    @kreatyve do the devs have this? I know they're overrun with pc melting down but with how important these weapon sets are and how limited the time to get them it would be nice to have some console love too.

    If your character has 3 or more tokens going into this CTA it won't give the token so it seems it was never set to reset that it's not a continuation of the last event but a new CTA altogether.

    If your character has 0-2 tokens the token will drop as they should. 9 characters now i ran like this did as opposed to so far 3 that had 3 tokens that got none for today at hitting 10. So yeah I ran 12 and still plan to run 9 more that have 3 tokens and hopefully they get theirs to pop, or if not, there's going to be a lot of reimbursement this weekend.

    this same bug happened on PC twice. apparently they didn't copy the code fix over to PS4. Lucky you

    Well I definitely was affected by this error. I should be at 4 tokens this CTA but am at 4tokens on my main (thankfully) and 1 token on my alts. I did put up a video to show proof that this occured. Hope it helps them out. If you want to check out the vid.

    and hope I get reimbursed for my missing hero tokens I was looking forward to sporting the Mighty weapon set by Saturday.
    But now see they replaced the event with Waukeens thingy.

    Same issue, playing on ps4, 15 cta runs and no token. I have 3 from the prevoius CTA. Any info from the devs on when and how a fix is coming? Made a ticket as well.

    Same issue, final cta the other week failed to give me my 6th token, then tried last night on this new cat and still didn't get anything after the ten.
