in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I recently made 2 zen purchases and was charged but received no zen!
Anyone else experiencing this?

    Xbox Live is having issues with Purchasing and Content usage. This is more than likely the issue you are having. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

    That can happen if the item you are purchasing is an account unlock. Zen is account wide.
