Proc-Chance of CTA Weapons

Hi everybody,

does anyone know how much the proc-chance of the cta-weapons is? It is only a chance on a critical hit, but you don't know what chance

I run this weapons for 2 days and the proc feels extremly random...

    I tought it would be very low. It's a chance inside a chance. IF it increased dmg every time you crit, it would be awesome, being at the same power lvl of watcher set, but it's not...
