Campfire Stat Bonus +1 removed MOD 17

I looked on the forum and can't find anything on it. Is there a reason the Campfire +1 stat bonus to all stats was removed in MOD 17.
Rogue - Setsuna F Seiei (PC)

    Look in your down arrow drop down box of effects for your character. I believe they just moved the effect there.

    The long term buff is where zimxero has said. The short term buff still appears in the buff bar.
