CTA Season artifact weapon set bonus

When will we know this? why has it taken so dang long??? I think as of Saturday, players will be able to afford the full set, so what gives?

    I was here to post the same thing. Not that it matters too much, it has the same damage as Alabaster.,,

    Hmmm.... I didn't see that on Orb of the Mighty this morning. And it seems like kind of a weak bonus, esp. if there is a "chance that"....

    It doesn't seem to show up unless you have the set equipped on the wizard.
