In the past teams grouped up, healers or tanks used damage reducing abilities and it wasn't a problem to survive. I wouldn't call it a bug, just too high dmg. For some reason this issue is in a lot of dungeons. For example The sisters in CR deal about 20 000 dmg per hit and the Arcolith deals about 200 000. Another example of this is TONG Orcus goes down in a minute and he deals 60 000 dmg per hit while Ras Nsi hits for 150 000.
