Can I get my guild back?

I used to have a lvl 20 guild on test server, but I loose it when you delete all my toons, there's a way to have them back?
I would also want to refresh my account on test server, so i can have the races, mounts, packs that Iv'e bought on live server.

    No, there is no way for them to give it back. If you had logged in when they asked people to, you wouldn't have lost it. I lost mine as well. :(

    Short answer: no.

    Long answer: start rebuilding.
