The game bugged and I received the glorious resurgence artifact pack not the magnificent one. I contacted customercare when I found out, as I did not know it was an error and thought this was the pack that was supposed to drop. It was not advertised that there had been a glitch to tell people, customercare say they are aware and yes its a bug but they refuse to do anything as I did not message them fast enough!
