(I tried to file an in-game bug report for this, from preview, but it failed….)

    I haven't been past 70 in Gathering, but mine looks like it is close to 71. But the Adventurers are still capped at Level 70. I have a few that are still at 69, but they are not showing experience once they reach 70.

    Mine says it's 75, but only shows 70 on the dispatch board.

    When I advance in gathering, it's also showing I've advanced in Leadership.
