Potion of power

Are the potion of power rank 9 +1 not working.. The old rank 6 ones show an increase of power and show it is active but the rank 9 does not.

    Nope, its not. Confirmed this through many sources now, on multiple accounts. Made a post about it a few weeks ago. Try using the Potion of Power Rank 9 for now.
