Second Chances - Hiring Karmela

Ok... got the workshop to level 4.

talked to Karmela in the workshop (she left in a huff), the commissions lady, upgraded the workshop, talked to the raw material supplier, talked to my retainer Fenella, sent some folkes out on a few workshop missions.

Went by the bank and talked to the friend ofKarmela there, sent me to talk to Ayrie and Dalish..

Found Ayrie in Moonstone mask, chatted her up, got succes on talking to Ayrie, and then went to Caer Konig..

No Dalish to be found any where any how.

Think he is the white haired civilian out on the middle pier, but cannot talk to or interact with him.

Any ideas? did I miss a quest step someplace?

    It's been reported for a couple months now, it's been flagged for the CM's attention, it's been reported in-game, etc. etc.

    Apparently it's just very very difficult to put an NPC who is already programmed, already working, already linked in to the quests etc., back in the game.

    Either that, or nobody on the dev team cares much about Crafting issues.

    Take your pick.

    I have same issue as I just upgraded as well and working on the quest.

    I've forwarded several threads regarding this. I'm sure it's on the "to-do" list. If someone wants to check preview, maybe it will be fixed with m17?

    Please fix this broken quest before Milky way galaxy collides with Andromeda galaxy.
    They say it takes about four billion years.
    I do have some doubts about them fixing things in such a short notice though.

    I'm sure I'm not alone in desiring to add Karmela to my roster of Artisan by completing this quest ***Before Double Professions on August 8*** The NPCs in my workshop, so diligently upgraded with weeks of Blackiron Prendant production, will continue to be ignored until I receive word that it completely works again.

    For me, the only reason I did that quest line was because I thought Karmela would be an awesome Artisan.

    If she showed up applying for work through the recruitment system, I would have rejected her application.
