Cockatrice's Presence not working at all

The companion utility effect of "cockatrice's presence" does not work at all, nothing is getting rooted and no damage is being dealt. I even checked with ACT and there is nothing in the combatlog. It was working about a month ago, now it isn't anymore.

    At least you can select it.

    I got my cockatrice from a mysterious egg and cockatrice's presence doesn't even show up in the lists of powers for me to select.

    Mine does (as I can choose the power). I know my cockatrice is from the egg because I named mine as "Not a chicken".

    thanks, I didn't realize it was titled simply "immobilize" so I assumed that "immobilize" was proccing from somewhere another source.
