Stronghold Scaling bug after 26 July Patch

I just watched my girlfriend fail a T1 heroic in the stronghold on her 23K Pally. She started it with 9 minutes on the clock and couldn't finish it in time.

Specifically she was doing Dock Supply Woes, and the Many Arrow tribe orcs, ogres and goblin groups were taking up to 5 minutes to kill.

In comparison, Halamvir the Smith died faster than one of those Orcs. The Bulette died faster, Devil Attack was okay though. So maybe just the Many Arrow tribe forces have had their scaling borked.

But definitely borked.

    I think Barovian hunts is affected by the same issue

    Ever since mod16 launch, the guild rank dependent mobs like Thayans, Undead and Orcs have been buffed. At first they were dungeon strength later that got changed to silver bordered. I haven't done anything there for a while, sounds like the change got reverted.

    It isn't exactly clear what the devs intentions are but doing anything in the Stronghold these days is just a pain.

    I'll add that mobs that summon seem kind of out of control. It seems like they summon huge hordes very swiftly. I get that mobs that summon should require extra effort and need to be killed quickly so that they don't summon a bunch of critters...but the speed that they are doing that seems bugged at places like the Stronghold. It has been that way for awhile now.

    According to the last patch notes that I read concerning the stronghold it is running exactly as intended by the developers!

    I have done content in the stronghold myself with my 18K IL Cleric healer and basically if you avoid the supply recovery and regular humanoid type foes you should do OK solo! All other Heroic Encounters seem to be the same as they were before MOD 16!

    The supply recovery ones are now the same as the rescue ones except that you have 5 minutes less in which to accomplish the task!

    This kind of kills solo influence runs for me as the supply recovery ones used to be part of the easy ones I used to do for it.

    Now it is only the beast, devil, spider and drake attack ones and with them spread out the way they are I generally only do the spider and drake ones if they are available when I am tending stronghold resources!

    Also, I have found that If I get caught up in battle with any of the humanoid types while traveling within the stronghold or if they become part of the battle during one of stronghold quests I am trying to complete it is easiest to just let them kill off the character because it is faster! (I will still finish the quest but I give up once I get the quest completed message)

    I did several HEs solo myself today, Beast Attack, Devil Attack, Drake Attack - all a walk in the park. Lake Supply Woes wasn't. Not hard but I couldn't finish it in the 5 minutes I had given myself. Whereas the others were completed in basically the time it took to spawn the mobs. So without looking at logs I would agree that the humanoids are the only mob types affected.

    Deathlock wights are like this. It's especially bad in IWD (mod 3) because the Chillborn Zombies are getting summoned as well as the horde of regular ones.
