That is what you get when you decide to get the equipped power over other features from having the mount. I say leave it as is and lower the whirl wind mount combat power damage as well until other mounts equipped power become worth using.

Well, the black Ice Warhorse is BiS as far as the Power boost is concerned - you just need a second Legendary mount for combat damage
there are a lot of artifact tooltips that show extremely low damage, but when you actually equp them their tooltip changes to more than it said before. Could this be such a case? Check the tooltip on your main screen.
Hi, my suggestion would be to rework this skill or its status, as it is not compatible with the other legendary mounts, it is very weak.
From the graphic you posted the mount depicted appears to me to be an "EPIC" or Purple mount not not a "LEGENDARY" or Gold mount, but be that as it may...
With all the changes and modifications that transpired with MOD16 perhaps it would be something for the developers to look into to upgrade existing mounts, companions and such...
I know around Mod 6, existing companions got an automatic boost to the next level that is companions formerly maxed at level 15 were able to progress to level 20, etc.. Something like that, a moderate bump in stats for mounts and companions after all the changes from Mod 16 would be nice.

Mounts have 3 options to set - the skin (what you will see when riding), the speed (generally, choose the highest), and if you have a legendary mount, the mount combat power. The pic shows the player is using a Dusk Unicorn skin, but the mount power is the power from the Black Ice Warhorse.
And for those that may not know - you need to manually update your mount speed if you get a faster mount and want to use the new speed.
I posted a report very similar to this, but in my case an Imperial rage drake. https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1248963/mount-combat-powers .While it says 667 magnitude, it hits like basic at-will attack (20-30k with 177k power user). I can also see on that character that my black ice warhorse 222 every .5 sec, same as the screen shot above. Can we please get some devs to actually look at the mounts please?
Im keep reporting since mai the Runeclad Manticore in 2 other topics now. By the tooltip it still gives 1k power+def and max 500 for party members. Stats should be updated to mod 16, just as u increased the stats of the rest of the legendary mounts.

I actually quit the game since mod 16 hit, after 5+ years of playing
I'm just lurking the forums, waiting to see if the class I've been playing and investing for 5+ years - now nerfed to HAMSTER - is or not getting balanced for mod 17

In my experience no classes are unplayable right now. There are still buffs and nerfs needed for some of em, but overall balance is pretty good compared to all previous mods.

What are you saying?? This Legendary mount power is horrible EVERY MOUNT in the game powers are stronger. This damages is a joke spend 6 million AD and get 222 damage... come on level 5 characters with wood weapons do more damage!
1. BI Warhorse is not 6 million anymore. It is 15 million in PC (there are other 6 million legendary mount available in PC AH). One of the highest price legendary mount in AH (if not the highest). 2. It worth 15 million not because of its combat power. It is because of its power which overshadow the lack of combat power.
