Every time I change instance/location within the game the 5% power buff goes away. Just to confirm that it wasn't a scaling thing, I changed instance with-in the yawning portal and the buff went away. To fix I have to unequip and then reequip the ability. It also appears to happen anytime there is a loading screen so that means any time I fight a boss I am losing 5% of my power, do to this glitch. Please address this issue promptly.
