Master Expedition -runs / chest rewards bugged

When finishing the ME -run and opening the reward chest, if you didn't pick up the rune etching, went do something else, eg. hit 'esc' and reply to a pm or checking out some other stuff, the rune etching isn't lootable anymore, the chest shows the glow but there isn't anything inside anymore. Happened to me twice so far.

Hello @sqwazter,

The Rune Etching: Chaotic is a quest item, you only need one to complete your quest (which then unlock other rewards).

Are you able to complete the quest?

yes, the quest gets completed, the problem is the etching itself that disappears after the run from the reward chest.
