Loadout Item Level missing

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I have two loadouts with different item levels. Yes, I "applied to all loadouts" for gear, mounts/insignias, and companions but it's stilmissing. Boons are all active on both loadouts, equal to the same number, so I am not sure why I am missing 75 item level points on one loadout.

    No. It's still doing it, I even bought retraining tokens and reset everything but there is still a difference.
