Will there be some NPC to trade protector's figurines and neverwinter renown?

  Can't find the link now (nothing from in-game interface like the calendar), but I read the webpage announcement about the extension of Jubilee and it *did emphasize* (in red) that because Liira will begin immediately after Jubilee ends, no vendor will be available to grant rewards.
  
  Many had hoped that the devs would place the post-event vendor someplace else besides the event podium (like at the bottom of the stairs) and provide rewards for those who participated until the last second. There has also been some who have suggested removing the expiration of the figurines so they can accumulate from year to year similar to Siege Writs of Commendation. No response from the devs on either point so far (holiday break).
