Did the percent change for getting rank 6 and 7 enchants from opening bags. I have the 10.5% I’ve always had and got rank 2’s

It's about map where you open that bags,for lvl 80 better open in Yawning Portal.

I just heard that rank 10+ are broken. Better to use 6 rank 9 to open bags
