Race reroll token

I bought a token which does not add, how do I change the race when it subtracts Zen coin but nothing happens? The choice is still grayed out.

    You need to logout.

    I'm on ps4 and bought the moon elf pack which was supposed to come with 1 race change token.....nada. Option is still greyed out for me as well.

    edit: I just logged out and back in and now it shows up so you might want to try that.

    I had to quit and restart the whole game before the Race Reroll option was available, relogging alone didn't do it... PC.
    I do believe in killing the messenger...
    Want to know why?

    You can only see your re-roll token at the first time you login to the game before getting into any character. Once, you enter any character you will need to exit the game to come back in to see the re-roll token.
