Is there a message log that captures updates that are splashed on screen after entering the world?

After logging into one of my characters I was overwhelmed by many messages/updates that were the result of changes with the new module. I couldnt read them all so I was wondering if there is a log that captures these messages so that they can be reviewed after they disappear from view?
