    Idk im write on ps4 it sau server not respond and theres a problem with ps4 acquisition account idk what happen was working all 2 hour ago

    Nope, it's not you. The account server is timing out on the PC. And I didn't see any announcements yesterday.

    there is something rotten, indeed, about every 10th attempt I can log in into the launcher, but get "disconnected" from the account server when going to the game itself

    atm. I am thinking that or the server is totally shot and crippling on on one cpu core without any cache, or an ddos or something with a similar effect, both the STO and NW server status lights are off indicating that there could be more, but no official messages on twitter, forum or reddit....

    There is a message on the login that that states The website is experiencing technical difficulties. Normal game play is not affected but i'm getting this error when trying to log in, Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out. i'm on PC.

    Here's what I got at 7:45a central time while trying to log in. at&t. Happened yesterday afternoon as well for about an hour or so.

    Was playing fine til about 8:20am eastern time, logged out to make breakfast, came back, can't login, unable to authenticate, server light is red. Seems like a different problem from yesterday, but 'fix one thing, break two others' is the Cryptic way, after all.

    Finally a forum post about it , actually just submitted a ticket stating no announcements , had a weird \cryptic error crash box pop up last night UK time , after getting DC'd so wondered

    I wonder why you do not care to inform people over twitter, facebook, etc. as well.

    Julia is currently not available but we announced it on forums, Discord servers and EU Twitter accounts, just give us some time ;)

    I tried to use the command prompt and type ipconfig/release and then ipconfig/renew. It fixed my problem. press like if this helps

    Sorry, but for 2 days I've not been able to login. I have tried numerous times and either get kicked out while it's "retrieving list of characters", or there are no shards available. :( I was just kicked back to the title screen while typing this. So, servers are not back for "everyone".

    No one can play online on ps4 either
