Cannot begin Barovia Questline

Neverember isn't providing the quest "Unwelcome Guests" in PE, I do not have this quest or the following "Welcome to Barovia" quest, I cannot go to Barovia from the travel map (it doesn't appear, nor does Wyndrake Manor) and for some reason, the Legacy Campaign weekly quest for Ravenloft where I need to kill 100 enemies in the Ravenloft set is sitting at 54% completion... but I'm very unsure how that came to be.

    I wasn't aware of needing to start the questline in the campaign log with these new changes. I actually figured it out just now and came in to say that I figured it out. Thanks for the help, fight!
