Hi, I have been trying to log in to the game for 20 min and get Login server not responding. I have changed my password and try again but no response. Whats wrong here?
I've been logging in fine all day yesterday and multiple times this morning. It would appear something has gone wrong with the login process on your end.

Sadly I am not a traceroute expert, so can't say what the actual problem there is. To me as an amateur it looks like you have 3 nodes between you and Cryptic that aren't responding at all, and lots of lag on the three hops towards the Cryptic end. So it looks like your ISP currently has a lousy connection to Cryptic's server location.
You can talk to your ISP but usually these things are temporary... caused by weather, outages, or traffic issues like DDOS attacks.
You might be able to get more help in the Support/Technical Issues forum.
Hi tribbulater, and thank you for your answer. The problem is not solved, so I'll try later. I put in a ticket to Arc regarding this problem but no answer has come to me yet. This is the first time ever I have had a problem connecting to the account server. So, I'll wait until tomorrow.

Do try rebooting your modem till you get a different IP or try a VPN.

Try restarting ARC, restart your launcher, possibly restart your computer/modem/router/internet connection. If that doesn't work, try the traceroute method described here:

to see if you can locate where the problem is.
