1) Oftenly when fighter's counter attack from [Dig in](sorry forgot its name) become interrupted by pressing shift or using other skills [Dig in] can become stuck and fighter can moove and attack while still blocking damage from all directions. Stamina still restores correctly when not pressing shift or tab and saves its proper restoration speed when fighter use shift block or [Dig in]. Also during this bug counter attack can prock again while using [Dig in] (shield shine red) but after releasing of [Dig in] counter attack does not strike.
2) [Dig in] can be interrupted by some skills with control effects (or might be by skills which had control effects in m15 but have no in m16). Sometimes [Dig in] still blocks incoming damage (just your character has animation that he stand under control) but sometimes different skills really interrupt [Dig in].
I am sure that in PvP rogue's skill [Lashing blade] interrupts [Dig in]. Of course there are other skills interrupting [Dig in] (including and in PvE) but I just can't recognize them.

And it did block even when not holding shift:
I switched instances and it cleared the perma block bug.
The other bug triggered while trying to trigger the perma block glitch, I was able to run around, attack, block, dig in, etc normal, except that my character was stuck facing east, no matter which way I tried to move the camera, he wouldn't turn around. I couldn't fix the problem like the guy in the video's, he clearly has the timing on this down perfectly.
Considering these bugs trigger w/o any feats, it's gotta have something to do with the core dig-in or shift mechanics.
A quick fix might be to not allow players to switch to block stance while in dig-in stance. Idk what that's called, but maybe just giving Dig-In priority over block, so that when you press shift, it doesn't interrupt dig-in. But it seems like there might be a race condition or something, when the user switches to shift stance and releases, it doesn't clear some variable that indicates the character is blocking while dug-in, then you get perma block bug. The other bug, idk.
