Transmute issue with lvl 80 gear

Hi Team,
seems the lvl 80 (or maybe even lvl 71+) gear can currently not be transmutet to look like lvl 70 or lower gear. For example if I try to transmute my Cowl of the Spy's guild it doesn't even give me the option to select Hexbane's hood as a transmute.
Would be lovely if you could fix that
